Great question! Personally, we use our guides as pdfs and send them directly to client via email, as that’s what works best for us.
While having a flashy printed booklet can feel like it might impress your clients, in our experience, digital is best. Printed guides can be a big investment, and when so many clients are from outside of your city, state or even country, most of the time they would rather look through a digital version anyway.
But if you’re absolutely set on printing your PDF, most of the time finding a local print shop will be the best bet. They can walk through exactly what you need and customize your order.
For online options, one of our customers has told us MGX Copy seemed to be the best option they found. Canva also has some printing options available depending what country you are in.
A quick google search for “small quantity magazine printing + YOUR COUNTRY / STATE” will give you lots of options to look through
The best way we’ve found to share with our clients is by uploading the pdf to google drive – That way we only have to upload it once to google drive, and then it’s as simple as inserting the link to the file in our pre-written emails. We’ve created an email template with the guide attached that is one click and ready to send, so its super quick and easy.
Hopefully this gives you some insights and options!
